Einführung

For our client, one of the largest electronic media companies in Switzerland, located in Zurich, we are looking for an individual as

CRM & Data Analytics Manager

(permanent employment, full- or part time). The earliest start date is as soon as possible or within the notice period.

Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Managing the operation of our CRM tool Salesforce Marketing Cloud, planning and implementing activation and reactivation campaigns of our user database using dynamic segmentation
  • Developing and taking responsibility for the CRM strategy on the basis of Play Suisse's objectives and related KPIs As the point of liaison between the Marketing, Content and Product departments and the CRM Administrator, analysing and prioritising the various user needs, and creating the CRM roadmap
  • Analysing user behaviour in collaboration with our Data Analyst and defining user segments and a corresponding user-centric approach to marketing
  • Taking responsibility for training and bringing on board internal users of our CRM tool, as well as for data protection and data security in the CRM environment
  • In cooperation with the product owner and the internal Salesforce Administrator, configuring, developing and managing the Salesforce Cloud applications, working with APIs, testing CRM applications in the company sandbox, introducing new CRM features, managing workflows and access rights and ensuring the smooth functioning of the technologies in the company


Erforderliches Profil

  • A university degree in marketing, business informatics or communication sciences, with several years of experience in the areas of customer relationship management and digital marketing
  • Experience in data analytics and customer lifecycle management, knowledge of marketing segmentation, profiling and lead scoring models, experience in project management and in the further development of CRM systems
  • Proven experience in project management and CRM system development. Experience with the CRM solution Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
  • You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine interest in the world of media
  • Your conceptual and analytical skills as well as your talent for communication and your convincing, positive personality will round off your profile
  • You will be a native German or French speaker, with a good command of another national language and of English in a professional context
